Here's a behind-the-scenes look at its journey through our Rug Cleaning Spa! 👇

🔍 1. Inspection – We inspect your rug for fiber type, stains, odors, and any areas needing special care.

💨 2. Dust Removal – Before any water is used, we remove deep-down dry soil and debris.

🧴 3. Pre-Treatment – Stains and heavily soiled areas receive specialized treatment.

🤖 4. Deep Wash – Your rug is cleaned in our automated rug washing system—the only one of its kind on Vancouver Island!

💦 5. Rinse & Extract – We thoroughly rinse away dirt and cleaning solution.

🌀 6. Centrifuge – High-speed water extraction removes excess moisture, reducing drying time.

🌬️ 7. Drying Room – Rugs are carefully dried using fans and dehumidifiers. Tufted rugs are dried flat to protect their construction.

✨ 8. The Finishing Touches – Every rug receives a final inspection, thorough vacuum, and professional grooming before heading home looking its absolute best!
