For rugs with natural fibers that are prone to dye run, we utilize a special solution to protect the dyes during washing. Synthetic rugs receive a refreshing bath to leave them smelling great.
Once washed, our centrifuge process efficiently rinses and then removes excess water, leaving the rug about 95% dry. We then inspect, groom, and hang the rugs, ensuring they meet our high standards. Certain rugs are laid flat to dry, depending on their construction. Finally we take them down, give them another vacuum and inspect them to make sure we are happy with the results one final time! They are then rolled, wrapped and ready for pick up or delivery!
