What this means for you:
When you call, our system will be more efficient—especially for existing clients. Your information will automatically pull up, allowing us to assist you faster and with greater accuracy. Other than that, nothing changes. You’ll continue booking services the same way you always have, with online booking still available .
If we’re unable to answer your call right away because we’re assisting another client, you’ll now be guided to an AI assistant instead of a traditional answering machine. You’ll have two easy options:
Leave your contact information for a quick callback
Share details about the service you’re looking for so everything is ready when we connect
If you’re already in our system, the AI will recognize you, helping streamline the process even further.

This upgrade helps ensure we don’t miss calls while we’re in the shop, with a client, or on another line. It allows us to stay organized, responsive, and more efficient—especially for returning clients.
