Another year, and you voted for us again!
This year marks our 12th consecutive year being recognized as #1 Best in the City for Carpet Cleaning, and we truly couldn’t be more thankful. Twelve years is a long time, and to continue receiving this recognition year after year means so much to everyone here at Classic Care.
When we look back at where it all started, it’s pretty incredible to see how far we’ve come.
32 years ago, Lorne started Classic Care with just a portable machine and a lot of hard work. What began as one person out cleaning carpets has grown into a well-known and trusted locally owned company, with multiple highly trained technicians, three carpet cleaning trucks, and a team working in our office and shop behind the scenes.
Of course, our equipment has changed quite a bit over the years. Technology has improved, our cleaning systems have evolved, and we’re always looking for ways to do a better job for our customers. But our commitment to quality has never changed.
Over the last few years, one area where Lorne has made a particularly big investment is our Area Rug Cleaning Spa.
We wanted to be able to offer our customers something more than simply giving their rugs a quick surface clean. We’ve developed a thorough cleaning system that allows us to properly wash and clean area rugs from the inside out, using specialized equipment and processes suited to the individual rug and its fibres.
It’s been exciting to watch that side of the business grow and become such an important part of what we do.
But as proud as we are of how much Classic Care has grown, we know that none of it would have happened without the people who have supported us along the way.
