Every time you call, a friendly voice will answer promptly to take care of all of your cleaning needs. They are trained to answer any questions regarding procedure, prices and availability. We take great pride in being courteous and reliable so that you don’t have to worry about what to expect when dealing with our company.

Our office staff is available from 9AM – 5PM Monday – Friday.

Lorne, Owner

Lorne is a true entrepreneur as he is always coming up with new ideas to make the business better.  While he has passed on most of the managerial duties to Tyson he still does many of the quotes and continues to steer the organization toward its vision of having each client 100% satisfied with their cleaning.

Tyson, Manager

Specializing In: Making sure our techs and crew are taken care of

Tyson joined Classic Care in 2007. Purchasing supplies, quotes and scheduling are a big part of his daily routine. Making sure our staff has the information and supplies they need to give our clients the 5 Star service they deserve is Tyson’s main focus. When not at work Tyson enjoys playing golf, cards and spending time with his family.

Stephany, Office Coordinator

Specializing In: Scheduling Jobs, Customer Service, Accounts Payable and Receivable

Stephany, originally from the US has made her home here in Nanaimo and has been with Classic Care since 2007. She is happy to schedule your appointments, answer your questions and process your payments.  She also enjoys working on the advertising and maintains the website.
