Cleaning Upholstery
Upholstered furniture uses more varied materials and methods of manufacture than carpet. Some fabrics such as cotton or canvas, are a bit more water sensitive than others.
Durable synthetic fabrics like Polyester or Micro Fiber can withstand a good, thorough steaming and scrubbing.
Special considerations such as colour fastness and dimensional stability of the fabric are made.
Our technicians will provide the cleaning process that is right for your particular upholstered fabric. However we don’t handle leather or vintage/silk fabrics.
Depending on the fabric, drying time isn’t normally very long, usually 1- 4 hours. Our deep extraction does a great job of removing most of the water with no residue left behind.
